We are looking for a Marketing Associate to work closely with the CEO’s Office and founding team on strategic and execution-driven marketing initiatives at Metadome.ai. This role offers hands-on exposure across campaigns, content, website, and brand execution in a fast-growing global deep-tech company. Responsibilities

Campaigns & Marketing Execution

Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels
Coordinate campaign activities and track deliverables with internal teams
Contribute to brand and growth initiatives led by the founding team

Content & Social Media

Create and publish social media and marketing content
Support storytelling across product, brand, and thought-leadership themes
Maintain consistency across communication channels

Website & Collateral Management

Manage website content updates and structure end-to-end
Create and maintain marketing collaterals and presentations
Ensure brand and messaging consistency across assets
‍

Reporting & Operations

Track and report marketing activities and campaign performance
Support marketing operations and project coordination
Maintain organized marketing documentation and assets

Requirements

Background

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Candidates currently pursuing their degree may also apply

Skills & Mindset

Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
Interest in technology, startups, or B2B marketing
‍

Collaboration

Ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment

Tools knowledge

Marketing & Content Tools

Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools (AI)
Basic experience with CMS/website tools (e.g., Webflow) is a plus
Familiarity with design or presentation tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
