Role Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative - BDR;Remote (India-based) Industry: Immersive Technology for Automotive, Home Decor,Fashion, and Beauty to expand our footprint in the EMEA market. This rolewill be remote, based in India, and focused on driving new business opportunities with enterprise clients

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
● Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise-level clients in the EMEA market.
● Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads across industries like home decor, fashion & beauty, and automotive.
● Conduct research to understand client needs and align them with Metadome.ai's offerings.
● Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective customers.
● Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform sales strategies

Requirements

● 5–8 years of experience in business development or inside sales, with astrong focus on enterprise clients.
● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in thehome decor, fashion & beauty, or automotive industry is highly desirable.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influencedecision-makers.
● Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
