Metadome is looking for proficient 3D Artists with 2-7 years of experience, who can work in a variety of areas such as 3D modeling, texturing, lighting/rendering, compositing and dynamics to create exciting and innovative experiences in 3D. The ability to work within and across large, interdependent teams is a must, so the right person will have an implicit understanding of the balance needed between artistry, communication, and partnership. The ideal candidate will be accomplished in working with a variety of 3D software packages and demonstrate the ability to raise the quality bar in modeling and texturing.
● Creating optimized 3D models of products (mainly automotive) from CAD data orimage references, for multiple projects while adhering to the deadlines,
● Using 3D modeling, texturing/mapping, lighting and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations,
● Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas,
● Following the guidelines/pipeline as per the requirement of the project,
● Collaborating with other artists for ongoing projects,
● Reviewing 3D art and recommending visual as well as technical improvements,
● Receiving feedback from Managers, Sr. Artists, and clients, and editing your creation based on the comments received,
● Troubleshooting any problems that arise during production,
● Meeting with the stakeholders to discuss various aspects of the projects.
● A strong portfolio of previous work and completed project
● Experience in 3D Graphics development specifically for game engines andAR/VR environments
● Good communication and teamwork skills

● Have experience producing 3D assets for WebGL applications/game engines
● Have experience working in the gaming industry
● Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, includingBlender/3Ds Max/Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Z-brush (bonus).Blender experience is preferred.
● Skilled in look development, with experience working in a variety of visualstyles, with a strong knowledge of rendering fundamentals
● Understanding of the technical art asset delivery for all assets within areal-time environment for various platforms
